This two storey rural house is situated in the area of Elhovo some 37 km from the town. The area is popular as good fishing and hunting area. There are many foreign families who have already bought properties and live there. The nature around is amazing which makes the place extremely preferable.
The house we suggest is two storey with four rooms and external staircase leading to the upper floor. The bathroom is unfinished. Since hasn’t been inhabited for a while the house needs renovation to become livable. Next to the main building are the summer kitchen and several farm structures. The garden spreads over 2100 sq m. there is a well for irrigation as well.
The property offers nice view towards the village. It is easy accessible through asphalt road.
