This is a rural house situated in a big village in Dobrich area. The settlement is 24 km from Dobrich, 80 km from Varna, 75 km from the International Airport and 50 km from Albena sea resort.
The house is situated at the end of the village and it’s easy accessible through asphalt road. The building hasn’t been recently inhabited but doesn’t need any structural repairs. It has two big rooms, entrance hall and veranda. The house has an extension with two rooms a bathroom. It needs repairs to become livable.
Some additional structures go in the property like garage and farm buildings. Water, electricity and telephone line are available. The garden is 1930 sq m planted with vines and fruit trees.
