This is a piece of land with a ruined building , located in north-eastern Bulgaria. The property is set in a picturesque village, included in the municipality of General Toshevo, Dobrich District. It lies 24 km from the nearest beach, 26 km from the town of General Toshevo, 51 km from Dobrich.
