The house we offer might easily become your favourite place for rest and relax in Bulgaria. It is situated in a small village in the plain area west of Burgas city and south of the Stara Planina Mountain. The hamlet is some 35 km far from Burgas and the sea. The International Airport is about half an hour by car.
The property is easy accessible and consists of a one storey house and a garden of 915 sq m. The house provides approximately 50 sq m living area distributed between two rooms, corridor and veranda. Next to it there is an extension with two more rooms.
The building is well kept and needs just slight refreshment. Water and electricity are available as well as a coal-burning stove.
The garden has a well for irrigation and a big face on the asphalt road.
The village is organized despite being small. There are shops, cafes, major house, post office and regular bus. Next to the hamlet is the wood and the lake where fishing is possible. The village is quiet and peaceful with no more than 230 permanent residents.
