The house is in a well-developed village situated in the south-eastern part of Bulgaria. It is located in the picturesque Sakar Mountain. The lovely region charms with mixed coniferous and deciduous forest. Located in the outskirts of the village this family house faces splendid view to the vicinity.
The house has 60 sq.m living area, distributed in the following manner:
- Ground floor: a hallway, a cellar, a kitchen, a bathroom and three rooms.
- First floor: an entrance hall and three rooms.
The house needs repair that can be done with the help of our local builders - plastering of the walls inside and outside. Electricity and running water are available in the property. There is a toilet outside the main building and if you wish it can be relocated inside.
The house overlooks a huge garden of 4800 sq.m. lovely arranged with fruit trees. Additional solid building formerly used for barn is available.
