This is a two storey brick built house situated in a well organized village some 25 km from Veliko Turnovo. The area is one of the most popular in Bulgaria because of its beautiful unspoiled nature and plenty of historical sights. The house goes with some additional agricultural structures. The yard is 1300 sq.m large planted with fruit trees and vines on a trellis vine. There is a well with a hand pump that could be used for irrigation.
