This rural house needs some little investments to become nice and cozy cottage for your vacations at the foot of the attractive Rhodopes Mountain.
If you prefer mountain area and what to escape from the noise and crowds of the city we recommend you this offer. This lovely village could turn into your favourite place for rest. It is close to the International Airport in Plovdiv and provides very good conditions for fishing and hunting.
The property is situated at the end of the village some 150 m from dirt road and small pine forest. It consists of 2000 sq.m yard, one storey house with a basement and additional structure next to the house.
Both building are built in traditional Bulgarian style with stone slates and trimmer joists. Some repairs are necessary like changing windows, plastering and rendering.
The property is a little seedy as it has not been maintained for years but you could renovate it. We recommend you using our local workers for all necessary repairs.
