House at the end of a village near Elhovo

We have this small one storey house just for you sheltered in a village about 20 km from Elhovo. This is the perfect place for relaxation – nice and quiet, at the end of the village. The total living area is 70 sq.m. divided into three rooms.
Running water and electricity are available. The house provides good living conditions but some repairs should be done. The estate has been well maintained. It would take you only some days to clean the greenery and turn it into a lovely cottage for rest.

The yard is large – 1000 sq. m. with an additional premises which could be transformed into garage. There is a well next to the house which allows constant irrigation of the garden if you want to grow plants. You already have a few fruit trees and trellis vine in the front yard. Some flowers plantations might complete the garden.

The house is approachable through an asphalt road. A small forest located nearby lends charm to the region. The area provides wonderful opportunities for fishing in the river passing by the village. We also recommend you going to the artificial lake of Malko Sharkovo.
