RESERESERVATION
Any apartment can be reserved for the period of 21 days. The reservation amount is GBP 700 (seven hundred pounds) or 1000 Euro (a thousand euro). The reservation amount is non refundable but deductible from the price of the property.
After the reservation period the preliminary/final contract needs to be signed and the appropriate installment of the property is due.
