This nice house is situated in a peaceful village near the city of Targovishte. The building is brick built and solid. It needs just a little refreshment and some improvement.
The living area of the house is 80 sq.m. There are 3 rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. You can build an additional extension to the existing house, if needed.
Next to the house there is an outbuilding (80 sq.m.), which can be used for different purposes. One of the main advantages of the property is its huge garden – 3000 sq.m. Nearby passes the highway Sofia - Varna. There are about 400 km to the capital Sofia. Some 130 km away from the village is the Black sea coast. It takes about an hour to get there by car.
