This wonderful solid built house is situated in the center of a nice village in the district of Kazanlak. The property offers 100 sq. m. of living area, 600 sq. m. garden and porch.
The house consists of two floors:
Ground floor: two rooms, corridor and inner toilet. An inner staircase leads to the second floor.
Second floor: four rooms, corridor, terrace and bathroom and toilet.
There is a summer kitchen which consists of one room. The house is electricity supplied and there is running water in and out. The telephone line is installed. Once you enter the gate you have to cross a spacious fruit garden.
You will pass by two wells and a shelter formerly used for storing wood. The house is in good condition and needs only refreshment. An asphalt road leads to it. The village is calm and offers all basic amenities: food shops, caffеe-bar and bus transport.
The place is peaceful with fresh air and lovely nature.
