We offer to you a rural house situated in one of the most beautiful regions in Bulgaria. The area is called the valley of Roses situated between the mountains of Stara Planina and Sredna Gora. It is unbelievably charming place rich in rivers, lakes, natural and historical sights. You could go fishing, hunting or just hiking. There are good conditions for balneotherapy as well.
The house we offer to you is situated in a perfectly organized village close to the town of Kazanlak. It is one storey with a ground floor. The total built up area is 100 sq m. There are six rooms – three on each floor connected with a corridor. Plastering of the rooms is necessary as the house is unfinished inside. Two entrances are available as well as running water and electricity. Telephone line could be made upon your request. There are inner bathroom and toilet and external ones. The garden is 530 sq m planted with vines and fruit trees. The house is next to an asphalt road and you could build a garage in the property if you have a car.
