The rich cultural and historical heritage turns the area into one of the most attractive tourist destinations. The house we suggest you is a one-storey solid building providing 40 sq. m living area. It is situated at the end of the village in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. The asphalt road leading to it is accessible all the year. The house is in very good condition and consists of 2 rooms, a living-room and a bathroom. As you can see at the pictures attached the building has been recently renovated. The walls are plastered and painted; the floor is cemented. Electricity is available in the house as well as running water inside and outside, a septic tank and external toilet. A phone line could be easily installed upon your request. The garden of 1100 sq. m is well arranged and cultivated with fruit trees, vegetables and trellis vine – a wonderful place for outdoor activities and relax. The village is well organized and perfect not only for vacations but also for permanent living! Most of the inhabitants are young people. There are several stores and cafes.
