Brick Built House With Large Garden

This well preserved rural house is situated in a small friendly village about 60 km away from the district town of Turgoviste. The village is calm and peaceful and there is a river passing by. If you are keen on fishing you could also go to the large lake of Yastrebino about 15 km away. Hunting and riding are also available in the region.
The house you see at the pictures attached is a solid two storey building with stone slates. The total living area it provides is 75 sq.m divided into eight small rooms – four on each floor. Running water, electricity and telephone line are available in the house. There is a toilet and a bathroom outside.
Although the house has a sound structure it needs some repairs and refreshment to become livable. We recommend you using our local workers. They could turn the building into a cosy holiday place just the way you like it!
