If you are looking for a quiet and beautiful spot for resting, this house is built exactly for you! Situated at the end of a typical Bulgarian village with amazing view, this brick-built house of two floors is the perfect place for your holidays.
In the building six rooms and a corridor are available. It is quite enough not just for your family, but also for closer friends to live in!!! The kitchen is really good looking. It has a refrigerator in it, which could be a real treasure in the hot summer days. Extra buildings are the toilet and a few sheds.
The house needs some little repair, but as a whole it is in really good condition! Electricity and running water are available. As an addition there is an external wash–basin in the garden. The yard is more than attractive – 3 000 sq. m. green area with a well. The garden is mainly planted with onions, tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers and different kinds of fruit trees!!!
The area next to the house is tiled. Above it there is a trellis vine. This place is really suitable for playing cards or having a pleasant lunch with friends!!!
