This pleasant two storey house is situated in a small village in the Burgas area. It is perfect for a big family since it has 450 sq m living area divided into seven rooms. Three of the rooms are disposed on the first floor and the rest are on the second.
As you see the house is in good condition although it needs some plastering inside and rendering outside. It has been well maintained. After some slight repairs and proper furnishing the house could be turned into a perfect place for living.

The area provides favourable conditions for having a good time in the nature. You could walk about the Strandzha Nature Park or go to the Black Sea. Fishing is also possible in the sea or in the river passing by the village.
