This two storey house is situated in a village a few kilometers away from the border between Bulgaria and Turkey in the area of Yambol. It has a convenient location near the Strandzha Mountain and its nature park.
There are possibilities of fishing in the rivers that flows nearby and in the artificial lake of Malko Sharkovo. The village is close to the main road from Elhovo to Burgas. It is a quiet small hamlet favorable for rest and recreation.
The house is approachable through an asphalt road. It has 100 sq.m living area – quite enough for a big family – providing running water and electricity.
Telephone line could be build upon your request. The garden is 700 sq.m large with a trellis vine. You could plant some trees there or turn it into a flower garden.
This solid house has not been currently inhabited and needs some refreshment but it won’t cost you much as the edifice is in good state of preservation.
