A Holiday House Near A River

We offer you a rural solid house in the region of Pleven.
The house is situated in a village that is only 35 km far from the city. There is a river passing by the village and it is actually just 20 km far from another river- the Danube.
The atmosphere in the area is great. There are wonderful views and fresh air in the region.
The house has one floor with 3 rooms, a basement and an attic. It is in a very good condition which makes it easier for our builders to make reconstructions if you need any.
The yard is 700 sq. m big which is quite enough to have a beautiful flower garden. There are some sheds built in addition to the house that you can either use or put away.
The house has a great potential. There are just little refreshments that need to be done so that you have a cozy holiday house for you and your family.
