Well-Kept Two-Storey House Very Close To The River Tundja

Our next suggestion is for a small and cozy two-storey house in a village situated in the southeastern part of Bulgaria.
It is approximately 25 km away from the town of Yambol and 70 km from the Black Sea. There are two dam lakes, so the place is suitable for fishing. People who like the extreme sports go rafting in the river Tundja. The main occupation of the people in this region is agriculture and farming.
The house is well-kept but in order to become the place you wish to live in, a small renovation and refreshment is needed. The living area is 140 sq m and the garden is 1500 sq m. There are some farm buildings, a well and fruit trees in the yard. The property is in a very big proximity to a forest and it is suitable for hunting there. The area where the village is located in, is a preferable destination for many foreigners who want to buy a  property in Bulgaria. There are a lot of English couples who have already bought a house or a plot of land here because of the beauty and tranquility of the region.

Do not miss the chance to enjoy it, too!
