We offer you this small vacation house located about 5 km from the town of Lovech. It has two floors and a total living area of 50 sq m (25 sq m per floor).
The building is solid construction, made of brick. It consists of two rooms on the first floor (one suitable for a kitchen) and a corridor. The distribution on the second floor is the same. Outside staircase connects the two floors. The flooring is oak parquet on both floors. The building also has a basement (25 sq m).
The property is electrified. About 30 m away there is drinking water. People are permanently living next door.
The house is accessible all year round on a well-maintained dirt road. It is about 200 meters from the main road to the village of Presyaka.
