We are selling two adjoining lands, located one next to another, in a picturesque village in Sozopol Municipality. The village is set in Strandzha Mountain amongst amazing nature. The distance to Sozopol is 30 km and 30 km to Burgas.

The first plot comprises of an old, finished house and the second includes a shed, which is being reconstructed into a house as well. The house was built about 120-140 years ago. It has two floors.
