These are two houses for sale located on one plot of land in a beautiful village with idyllic location - 30 km from Sofia
The houses are set on a flat parcel of land with a good size - 1,900 square meters and boast magnificent views to Vitosha and Rila mountains
The first house was built in the 1930s and comprises two rooms, a small kitchen and a veranda with wooden walls. The floors in all rooms are also made of wood. There is a big cellar which is ideal for storing food and wine.
The second house was built in 1990 by the owner himself who was a popular woodworker in the village. It comprises 3 rooms on the first floor and a big loft room with a balcony overlooking the mountains.

The fresh mountain air, wide variety of herbs, spices and trees in the area make Plana ideal for rural tourism.
There are numerous places to explore here from the monasteries based in the highest part of the village - peak Manastirishte (1338m) to river Yagulya and the mineral water springs in the nearby village of Jeleznitsa.
The lower lying hills have also made it a perfect place for mountain biking over the years. Those that are up for an old fashioned adventure can use the services of the local stable offering horse riding tours of the village.
