We offer you this small, vacation house located in between the cities of Plovdiv and Karlovo.
The property offers incredible views of the entire Thracian plain. On a clear day you can see Plovdiv, Asenovgrad, Markovo, etc. The building is monolithic, brick and concrete construction. It consists of 2 rooms, a basement and a veranda. Its clean-living area is 19 sq m and there is also a large verandah of 8 sq m. Attached to the house there is another room intended for a bathroom.
The window joineries of the house are wooden. There are 2 windows and 2 doors, but at the moment they are in poor condition. The house needs new ones. The property has no water and electricity. There is a concrete structure that collects rainwater and is used for watering the garden.
The yard is 1400 square meters in size. About 700 square meters of it is a vineyard, however it was left unattended for 3 years.
