The house is located on the main road Veliko Tarnovo – Pavlikeni, at the distance of about 30 km from Veliko Tarnovo.
The property is surrounded by a stone fence on three sides. It stands on an asphalted road with easy access during the whole year. At the back, the property borders two other houses, which are occupied.
