The house is located in Plovdiv district (30 km) and 15 km from Asenovgrad. The streets in the village are asphalted and there is sewer. The village also benefits with a post office, a library, and a church, three shops and a small restaurant.
The house has two floors. On the second floor, there is a living room, two bedrooms overlooking the Rhodope Mountains and a terrace. On the first floor, there is a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. The toilet is under the stairs.
