The following property is located in the beautiful Stara Planina Mountain in the municipality of Troyan, Lovech district. It is built in a picturesque village, about one km from the Dam of Sopot.
The house is brick construction, two-storey, with total living area of 100 sq m. It has new roof, but the overall condition is not so good and it needs renovation. In the yard there is another smaller building, also with new roof. The main house has an inside premise suitable for a bathroom with drainage for water. The yard that comes with the property is 1500 sq m in size. The year of construction is 1950.
The property is suitable for rural tourism. It is situated high up the mountain and accessed by a dirt road (2 km). It close vicinity there is a cave with a river. The area is ecologically clean. The oldest Bulgarian church is also in the region (400 years old).
