The house is stone and brick build and very solid. It hasn`t been inhabited for a few years so it needs some work to become livable. The house has a ground floor and one main floor. The total living area is 130 sq m distributed between eight rooms. Water and electricity are provided in the house. There are no internal bathroom and toilet but they can be inserted upon request.
