Rural house near the new highway and Bourgas

The house is stone and brick build and very solid. It hasn`t been inhabited for a few years so it needs some work to become livable. The house has a ground floor and one main floor. The total living area is 130 sq m distributed between eight rooms. Water and electricity are provided in the house. There are no internal bathroom and toilet but they can be inserted upon request. We can provide good and experienced workers for the renovation work. The plot that goes with the house is 1000 sq m large and there is an additional building of 45 sq m size and a well. The village is quite big and well organized located only 25 km far from the city of Bourgas. The new highway from Bourgas city is only 5 km far which makes the traveling to the sea much shorter (just 30 minutes). There is a big lake and a river just 3 km far from the village where you can go camping, fishing, boating and etc.
