We are selling a house with a total living area of 100 sq m and a yard of 1810 sq m
The house consists of:
- First floor - 1 room, basement, two rooms used for storage, unfinished bathroom and a garage.
- Second floor - two rooms with a corridor between them and a small terrace.
The house is supplied with electricity and water. It needs cleaning and internal refreshment. There is no sewer and the toilet is outside in the yard.
In the yard there is also a separate seating area with a table and a shed. There are farm buildings, in relatively good condition, there are a lot of fruit trees, pears, apples, cherries and a small vineyard. Most of the yard is not used often and needs cleaning the bushes.
The village is 10 minutes drive from the town of Aksakovo, Varna district.
