This is a cozy, countryside house located in southern Bulgaria, southwest from Yambol.
The property is in good condition - well maintained and frequently used. The house consists of three rooms, hallway, inside bathroom and toilet. Adjacent to the house there is a summer kitchen with another room. The total living area is 134 sq m.
