The property consists of a 2 storey house with total living area of 180 sq m distributed between 6 rooms. The house comes with a 700 sq m plot of land. There is also another building on the plot which has 60 sq m of living area and can be turned into a guest house. Nearby there is a site for tent camp, and the lovers of cycling tourism have some good roads for county cross and mountain biking. The site presents also conditions for hunting and trout fishing in Malka Arda River.
In the area (Banite village) is developed spa tourism, too. There are a lot of tourist places to visit in the region. The road to them is convenient and well-marked and appropriate for one-day walk.
