The house is located in a peaceful village in Haskovo region. It is just 15 km from the regional center Haskovo, at the foot of the Rhodope Mountains.
The house is one-storey, with a ground floor basement. The first floor consists of a corridor, a kitchen with a living room, a bedroom, a children’s room and a bathroom with toiler. On the ground floor there is an equipped summer kitchen and a basement.
Adjacent to the house there is another building – 50 sq m, and few additional agricultural buildings. The yard is about 1000 sq m. It is well kept, with lots of greenery and fruit trees. There is water and electricity available.
The house is close to the school and the center of the village.
