The house is made of brick, with stone foundation and wooden ceiling. The roof is well maintained - no leaks. The house is fully livable and does not require much repairs.
The property is located about 100 km from Sofia via the Hemus highway and 20 km from the town of Yablanitsa.
The house has two floors. On the upper floor there is an entrance hall with two rooms. On the lower floor there is a kitchen, a bathroom with a boiler and a storage room. The house has plastered walls inside. The attic is fitted with wooden boards. The doors on the ground floor are aluminum. There is electricity and water. The sewer is via a septic tank in the yard.
