The below advertised property is an architectural monument of culture. It is a typical example of the late Tryavna Revival architecture. It was built in the distant 1854.
Large, facing two streets, the house is a symbol of the spirit and self-confidence of the Tryavna Revival. The house is located in the central part of the town, opposite the monument and next to the birthplace of the revolutionary Angel Kanchev. It is built on two floors.
In 2008 the house was completely renovated, with preserving most of the characteristic features of the interior. Since then, the house has been functioning as a guesthouse. The built-up area of the property is 80 sq m. The total living area is 180 sq.m. The plot has an area of 211 sq m.
