For sale is a fully equipped and furnished mountain hut, located in the Trevn Balkan. The property is situated in Bulgarka Natural Park, 25 km from the town of Tryavna and 1000 m above sea level. The lodge has a total living area of 517 sq m, distributed on three floors. The property is built on a plot of land with size 1000 sq m.
The lodge has been completely renovated and offers to its guests 35 beds in 10 rooms in total (there are double, triple and quadruple rooms). The guesthouse also has a large dining room, a professionally equipped kitchen, and outside there is a barbeque.
The lodge is heated locally via solid fuel. The house has its own water source and a treatment plant.
The hut is a convenient place to stay overnight for travelers of the Kom-Emine route (it is about 20-30 min. walk from the main road).
