This is a plot of regulated land located in Meden Rudnik - the commercial zone of the city of Bourgas. The plot is 1137 sq m in size. Water and electricity are supplied. The land is situated on a main road which guarantees easy access all year around. The property is suitable for commercial activity or storage. There are some buildings around the land. There is another plot in regulation 1150 sq m in size just next to this one which is also for sale. The property is located just few km away from the city of Bourgas. Bourgas is the fourth largest city in Bulgaria, situated in the south-eastern part of the country. The climate here is temperately continental with a distinct impact from the Black Sea.
