This is a two-storey house with a large yard of 1700 sq m located in a village in Varna region.
The village is small and quiet, having a population of over 100 people. It is included in Aksakovo municipality. There is an increasing interest in the area, due to it being relatively close to Varna (about 18 km.)
The building is finished from the outside but needs inside fitting. Some of the interior and second floor need final finishing. The house consists of three rooms per floor + bathroom and entrance hall. Electricity and water are available inside. The window joineries are wooden.
In front of the house, there is a well, a fountain and a vine. There is an additional building behind it. In the yard, there are many fruit trees and a vineyard. The garden is large enough for growing different cultures.
The place is quiet, peaceful and suitable for living and relaxation.
