The offered house is two-storey, old built, Revival style. It was built in year 1955. The first floor is made of cut stone, which is typical for the area. In the yard there is an agricultural building with a basement also made of cut stone.
The house has a total living area if 140 sq m. It is distributed between three bedrooms and one additional room with a fireplace. There is also a kitchen, a large tavern and a large veranda with access from all rooms, revealing a unique view over the surrounding nature. There is a bathroom and a basement as well.
