The house is located in a village in Brezovo municipality, Plovdiv district. The nearest town of Brezovo is just 4 km away. The town of Plovdiv is at 45 km.
The house has two floors and is in very good condition, ready to move in. The first floor consists of a kitchen, a children's room, another room and a corridor, a bathroom and a toilet. The second floor consists of a bedroom, a corridor and a living room.
