The studio is located in a quiet and peaceful place at about 300 meters from the beach. It is sold fully furnished and equipped - two beds (one on two levels), a large wardrobe, kitchenette with a refrigerator, washing machine, built-in electric hob, microwave and more. There is a fully equipped bathroom with a boiler, a sink, toilet, shower, and a mirror cabinet.
The total living area is 31 sq m. Being on the ground floor allows you to use the patio when needed - the area between the studio and the pool.
The property has no annual fees for security or the maintenance of the green areas, swimming pools and so on until 2030. Otherwise the fee is 500 euros annually. There are two pools with sun loungers that can be used.
Most of the studios in this complex were purchased by Russian citizens.
