We present to your attention this unique, fully finished and furnished house, located in the mountains of Blagoevgrad district.
The village lies in Pirin Mountain, at about 1250 m altitude. The area benefits with beautiful nature and fresh air. The village is 30 km from the ski resort Bansko and Dobrinishte, and 35 km from the mineral SPA resort Ognyanovo. The settlement is also 150 km from the beaches of the White Sea.
The village has a population of about 70 people. There are two shops and a unique church - St. Nicholas the Wonderworker. There are many chapels and monasteries in the area. The village has daily bus transport.
The house is on three floors, with a total living area of 185 sq m and a yard of 537 sq m. The first floor consists of an entrance hall, a kitchen with fireplace, a bathroom with toilet. The second floor consists of a living room, two bedrooms, two terraces and a bathroom with toilet. The third floor comprises of a huge Alpine bedroom.
The heating is local - boiler with radiators. The yard includes a well, many fruit trees.
