The village is located in Sredna Gora mountain, about 50 km from Plovdiv and 50 km from Stara Zagora.
The house is on two floors, with a total living area of 190 sq m. On the upper floor there is a large vestibule, 2 bedrooms and 1 more room, which leads to the attic. Downstairs there is a lobby with a newly built kitchenette, a living room and a new bathroom with toilet.
Adjacent to the house there is another one-storey building with a separate a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen.
In the yard there is an adjoining outbuilding, which can be used for different. The yard itself is mostly planted with a variety of fruit trees.
The village is very picturesque. Most of the houses there have the external walls made of stone, and the beauty of the region overgrown with lavender is indescribable.
