The house is located in a well-developed village in Valchi Dol municipality, Varna district. The distance to the city of Varna is around 50 km. There is also fast access to the famous northern Bulgarian sea resorts – Albena, Golden Sands, St St Constantine and Elena.
The village has may amenities including a doctor’s office, a dentist, several shops, a kindergarten, a train station, a library. The village is lively and has many young families.
