Mountain lodge for sale near Blagoevgrad

The mountain lodge is located 25 km from Blagoevgrad at the foot of Rila Mountain, at 1300 m above the sea level. The cabin is 2 km from the ski slope Kartala.

The building has two floors and a total living area of 120 sq m. It consists of a living room and kitchen on the first floor and three bedrooms on the second floor. The kitchen is equipped with a new stove, new refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Everything is in perfect state. All rooms are equipped with TVs and internet. There are also two bathrooms and toilets - one on the first and one on the second floor and a pellet room on the first floor.

The finishing is as well of the highest quality. The entire second floor is made entirely of wood. The roof is by Baumit. The heating is via pellet burner, which has the option of remote ignition. There is Baumit exterior insulation of the whole house.

Adjacent to the house there is a barbecue. A huge firewood storage is under the terrace.
