The house is located in a village about 35 km west of Varna and the international airport, and 2 km from the highway Sofia - Varna.
The house is monolithic, two-storey, built of stone and brick and consists of an entrance hall, a living room, dining room and a kitchen on the first floor, as well as a cellar made of natural stone, which can be turned into a tavern. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, a living room and a neat veranda overlooking a beautiful park with lots of greenery.
The exposure is southwest. The house also has a garage -12 sq m. The yard is 700 sq m. There are few agricultural buildings, a separate area for a barbecue, fruit trees and vines.
The area has a well-developed infrastructure. The region is characterized with clean air and beautiful nature, fertile soils and lots of sun. It is only 35 km from the sea capital of Bulgaria which makes it attractive both for living and for the development of rural tourism.
