This is a monolithic brick house on two floors located in the town of Karlovo, in the foot of southern Stara Planina Mountain.
The house is huge, with total living area of 600 sq m. It comprises with a semi-underground floor with two basements with windows. On the first floor, there are two large premises suitable for offices or private school. The second floor is divided in to two separate apartments. There is a fireplace in one of them. On the second floor, there are also two large south-facing balconies (one is glazed). Inside staircase connects both floors. The house is facing north-east-south.
The house benefits with local heating and boiler room. There is also floor heating on the second floor. There is a possibility of gasification
The property is located close to the Vasil Levski museum and the city center. The house is suitable for a sewing studio or a training center.
