The house has total living area of around 320 sq m and is built on a plot with size 680 sq m. It consists of three floors:
First floor (105 sq m) – kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet, garage with inside connection, southern terrace.
Second floor (165 sq m) - kitchen with large living room, large southern terrace, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub and toilet, 2 small terraces.
