This well-sized agricultural plot of land is situated in a lovely area, positioned on the peninsula area of Ogosta Reservoir, in the outskirts of Montana, at about four kilometers from the town and 110 km from the capital Sofia. The plot covers 2882 sq.m of land and is not in regulation. This process however could be easily organized, as the plot is set meters away from electricity supply and has water supply available onsite. Besides, the plot is bordering an asphalt road. The plot has been neglected for quite some time and thus we think that once cultivated and landscaped, it could give a good harvest or could serve as a plot for building a holiday home. Set on a hill, the plot reveals panoramic views over Ogosta Reservoir and the neighboring villas. The area is very peaceful and idyllic, which makes it perfect for relaxation.
