The house is brick construction, on two floors, with a total living area of 270 sq m and a yard of 400 sq m. It is located in the town of Ivaylovgrad, Haskovo region.
This is an extremely quiet town with crystal clean Rhodope air. The town lies just 6 km from the border with Greece and 38 km from Edirne.
