The house is located Hadzhi Dimitar district of Sofia City. It has a total living area of 160 sq m and is built on a plot of 564 sq m.
The building has 2 floors. The first floor has one room with a fireplace, a kitchen, a beautiful lobby, a lounge, a corridor with a staircase to the second floor, a bathroom and a toilet. On the same level there an extension with an additional bathroom. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms. The house also has a basement.
The house was repaired in 2007. It was never lived in since then. There are suspended ceilings, insulation, new windows with mosquito nets.
The yard comprises with a well with constant water flow, a garage. There are 4 large pine trees and some fruit trees as well. The yard is divided with concrete walkways.
