This small house is located in a picturesque area about 10 km southwest from Shumen.
The house is two-story, brick built, with a concrete slab between the floors. The distribution is as follows:
Ground floor - entrance hall, one room a terrace and a basement underneath which is prepared for a bathroom or a kitchen. There are stairs to the second floor, under which there is a storage space. The second floor is an attic and there is enough space to make a bedroom.
All rooms downstairs are finished with terracotta floors. The whole roof was recently replaced. The windows were also replaced. There is electricity, water. The property stands on two roads and is accessible in dry weather by car.
